When your horse leaves the barn you
will receive another email from FedEx with the tracking number and link
to track your horse. FedEx residential delivers TUESDAY - including
SATURDAY. Commercial addresses Monday - Friday. Shipping to one address and bill to another address is ok.
If you have any shipping or delivery questions contact us. During the
Christmas rush, we know it is important for you to receive your horse in
good order, before Santa arrives.
Horsepilitalty: print a picture of your horse, put in a glass
picture frame, gift wrap it, with a note "this horse is being made for
you and will arrive in a few days". or
For FedEx 2
day Air, enter your order with
standard shipping, the only option. Then, in comments to merchant section,
tell us how to ship and to charge your credit
card for the additional shipping. You can call 800. GO FEDEX
(800.463.3339) and get a
rate quote; we do not know the additional cost until we make your
shipping label. Little Bit is 38" x 10" x 15" 13lb - Austin / Winston is
27" x 15" x 21" 20lb - Marlo / Clyde Medium is 36" x 13" x 24" 25lb,
Margo / Bud Large is 42" x 13" x 32" 35lb, XL/Glider is 57" x 16" x38" 55lb.
FedEx calculates freight cost based on DIM (dimensional rate) Not actual
weight.

pick-up your order, Tue - Fri 11am - 4 pm at our Warehouse. Horses are
boxed, ready to go. We are not a retail store, or showroom.
You
will receive three emails; (1st) an order confirmation with your order
number, (2nd) notification of your order being processed / finalized
with tracking info and (3rd) from FedEx with the tracking number for
tracking at www.FedEx.com (If you have a junk or email blocker you may
not receive all the emails.)
Transit time starts the next business day
after we ship (not the day of your order, or the day we ship). We are in
Humble / Houston, Texas 77338. No charge to cancel your order, for any
reason, prior to shipment. After shipment, you are responsible
for freight costs. Within the 48 contiguous states, the outbound
shipping and insurance cost $24 on the medium size, $29 on the large
size and $95
for XL and Gliders. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, APO/FPO and
other addresses are at an additional cost. Any duties,
customs fees or taxes, to Canada (etc.), are the responsibility of the
recipient. Shipping cost to Canada are about $6 more for medium size
horse + duty.
The outside of the carton does not have a picture of the
horse, the shipping label has our name and horse name on the carton.
Shipments returned, or shipped to an incorrect address, provided by the
customer, may be subject to additional shipping charges by FedEx. If you have any
shipping or delivery questions contact us.
For APO,
via US Postal Service. The "GIRTH" of the Medium size horse is 108"
(22lb) this is the maximum size to most APO addresses. Please check your
specific APO. Adjust the order form, the best you can, for your specific
address. In the comments section (notes to merchant) you can tell us
more address information if necessary.

I just
wanted to say thank you for sending the horse so promptly.
My grand daughter age 22 months loves it. Her parents were
going out to her other grandma’s house and she wanted to
bring her horse. She wants to bring it each time they go
out. She kisses it and brushes it’s tail. It will be an

Were not perfect. In the past four years, we missed shipping
one horse, for which I am still sad about:
Yes, I am disappointed, but not as disappointed as the
important person in my life who will not receive this gift
on Christmas morning. I am, however a very pragmatic guy
with a strong sense of what is important. Many families
will attempt to have some sort of a holiday missing loved
ones who have died in war, auto accidents, disease etc. We
are healthy, happy as I hope your family is. Regarding
Clyde, yes, please go ahead and send him and we will have a
New Years gift this year. Thanks for your quick follow-up

In 2004, FedEx AIR missed
picking up one horse going air (mixed with ground
shipments). All in all, I don't want to miss a single
shipment. We hear every season from many individuals who are
in need of help, are disappointed about not receiving their
horse as promised. Usually from "order takers / drop
shippers or poor quality". You can count on everyone at
Rocking Horse Depot doing our best for you, in production,
