Sometimes during the Holiday rush and packed FedEx trucks a horse gets hurt. Usually a broken rocker or handle. This happens when the carton is put flat and a heavy weight is put on the side of the carton. Your horse will support a 250lb rider. If your horse arrives hurt, let us and let FedEx know. We will send you a replacement part ASAP.
For all time and many thousands of horses, we have yet to have an unhappy customer. I expect some day we will and if it is you, no problem. Just let us know and we will take care of you. If you are from New Jersey, where we get the most questions about quality and returns, we have had one horse returned as the riders feet would not stay in the stirrups. The only horse ever returned was from NJ. We have lots of questions from your State (more than all the others put together). I've decided the Garden State, beautiful and I like it very much, except Winter, must have rocking horse hustlers and rustlers around.
For any reason, you can return your purchase, in the same original condition as we sent it to you, for a refund, less the initial shipping cost to you. Please call us first before sending back your horse, we may send your damaged horse to another charity address. Don't worry, we will issue credit to your credit card or check, upon receipt of your return or shipment to another charity. We want to know what the problem or damage is.
If your shipment was damaged by FedEx tell us. If it is a part that can be replaced, such as the rocker, we will send it to you at no cost the same or next day. If your horse has major damage (we have about 15 per year), report the damage to FedEx and us. We will ship a new horse ASAP, at no cost.
