Need to Return a product? Satisfying our customers
is a business philosophy that we respect, practice, and emphasize
in our business.
To return a product to Rocking Horse Depot, you'll need to request a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
This can be done by contacting our service department. NO
returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.
We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem
You may exchange any part of your order within 14
days of receiving it. You may exchange the product you purchased
for any other size, colour or product that we carry. Return
shipping back to us is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Once your exchange is received you will receive an email confirming
your exchange. You will be charged the same shipping rate
you originally were charged in order to reship your exchange
back to you. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all exchanges
You may return any part of your order within 30 days of receiving
it. Return shipping back to us is the sole responsibility
of the customer. If the return is a result of our error, we'll
pay the return shipping cost once your item is returned, you
will receive an email confirming your return. Products returned
must be in new condition, unused and containing all original
labels and packaging.
To return or exchange an item, just send us an email with
your order number and the reason for the return (item was
damaged, you bought the wrong thing, wrong size, etc.) and
we'll get back too you ASAP.
